Hive Pocket

Hive is a board game with a difference — there is no board! The hexagonal pieces are added to the playing area, creating the board as you play. Each insect has its own movement: beetles climb on top, spiders crawl three spaces, grasshoppers leap, and the ant skitters anywhere.

As more pieces are added, the game becomes a fight to see who can be the first to surround and capture the opposing Queen Bee. This Pocket edition squeezes the full game into a travel-ready pouch, with the Pillbug and Mosquito expansions included. 2 players, ages 9+, 20-30 minutes.
