LOOT is a fast-paced, diceless RPG for 2–5 players and a GM, built on the LUMEN 2.0 system. You play as adventurers helping a new city thrive—mostly for the shiny loot. Gameplay shifts between narrative exploration and punchy, tactical combat on a 6x6 grid. Instead of rolling dice, you spend points from three Approaches—Force, Flow, and Focus—to overcome challenges. But as you push forward, your resources dwindle and the stakes rise. Combat is all about clever positioning and managing your weapons’ Basic and Charged abilities. Your character is defined entirely by their gear, so every loot swap changes how you play!
