LOOT is a fast-paced, diceless RPG for 2-5 players and a GM, built on the LUMEN 2.0 system. You play as adventurers helping a new city thrive — mostly for the shiny loot.

Gameplay shifts between narrative exploration and punchy, tactical combat on a 6x6 grid. Instead of rolling dice, you spend points from three Approaches — Force, Flow, and Focus — to overcome challenges. Quick to run, big on treasure.
